‼️Boil Water Advisory

Due to several water main breaks on Second Street last week, a BOIL ADVISORY is now in effect for the areas within the perimeter of east Second Street, east Fifth Street, and east of Water Street.

 

Effective Immediately:

Do not drink tap water without boiling it first.

Bring all water to a rolling boil for at least one minute, then let it cool before using.

 

Use bottled water for:

  •  Drinking
  • Cooking and Food Prep
  • Brushing Teeth
  • Washing Fruits and Vegetables
  • Making Baby Formula

Tap water is safe for: 

  • Showering or bathing
  • Laundry
  • Washing dishes if using hot water and drying cycle (otherwise use boiled water)
