City of Pinconning to set Public Hearing on Budget
City of Pinconning Public Hearing & Budget Meeting
NOTICE OF TEMPORARY CLOSURE
Residents of Pinconning,
Effective March 17, 2020, the office will be closed to the public until the Stay Safe, Stay at Home order is lifted by the Governor. Staff will still be available by phone to answer questions from residents. Payments can be deposited in the drop box located outside the doors at City Hall.
We will keep you posted on a reopening date as soon as we know. Additionally, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Republic must postpone collecting yard waste, recycling, and large items- including mattresses, couches, etc. Trash bags that are not in the curb cart will also not be collected. While we do apologize for the inconvenience, the safety of staff and the community we serve are our first priority. Collecting will reconvene as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times that our nation is facing.
